1. About Us

Pro-Autocraft is a professional alloy wheel repair and refurbishment business based in West Drayton, Middlesex. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotes provided via WhatsApp or in person are estimates based on the information and images supplied. The final price may differ following physical inspection of the wheels. We will always confirm the final price before commencing work.

3. Booking & Drop-Off

Work is carried out at our workshop only. Customers are responsible for transporting their vehicle or wheels to our premises at Unit 1, Chancerygate Industrial Centre, Horton Close, West Drayton, UB7 8EW.

A booking is confirmed once agreed via WhatsApp or phone. Please do not drop off wheels without a confirmed appointment.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Turnaround may be affected by the extent of damage, parts availability, or workload. We will keep you informed of any delays.

5. Payment

Payment is due on collection of the vehicle or wheels. We accept cash and card. Work will not be released until payment has been made in full.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues directly related to our workmanship within 30 days of collection, please contact us and we will assess the issue. Warranty does not cover damage caused by further kerbing, road damage, or improper tyre fitting after collection.

7. Pre-Existing Damage

We inspect all wheels on drop-off and will note any pre-existing damage. We are not liable for pre-existing cracks, structural weaknesses, or damage not related to our repair work.

8. Uncollected Wheels

Wheels must be collected within 14 days of completion unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for wheels held beyond this period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair work carried out. We are not liable for any consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of use of a vehicle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
